Cyclommatus metallifer finae ♂
These male stag beetles bear one of the most extreme and exaggerated examples of male weaponry: their mandibles can be almost as long as their own body. The Metallic Stag males have very large mandibles, which are used for fighting other males for food and territory, where as the female is smaller and lack enhanced mandibles - a difference between male and females of a same species known as sexual dimorphism.

This also allows for inside frame cleaning from time to time such as interior glass due to organic out gassing over time and is natural.
